Mission:

To engage and educate high school and college-age students in Alabama about the independent automotive industry, the role of associations, and the importance of legislative policies that impact small businesses.

Goals:

• Educate youth on how policies and regulations affect independent dealers and local economies.
• Inspire civic engagement and interest in association work, entrepreneurship, and government relations.
• Provide leadership development, mentorship, and public speaking opportunities.
• Encourage career interest in automotive, law, business, and public service.
